is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and wellness expert who is committed to helping people rewire dysregulated relationships with eating, and transform their food behavior from limited to limitless. Erin is an expert in food behavior and metabolic health—weaving together complex strategies like mindfulness and regulation with critical biochemistry, including hormones, blood sugar control, and cravings.
